Erasmusrand Area Profile

Erasmusrand is adjacent to Waterkloof Ridge and Monument Park and is also an upmarket suburb in the leafy old east

part of Pretoria. The properties are solid and spacious and the stands about 2000 square meters on average with beautifully

maintained gardens and strong boreholes (in selected properties). The streets are wide and tree-lined. Erasmusrand is just off

the N1 near the Rigel off ramp, with easy access to shopping malls, schools, office blocks, the Wolwespruit Reserve and the

Kloof hospital. It also has easy access to major highways. Rigel also serves as an alternative route to the city centre and Groenkloof.

Many of the Erasmusrand residents are longstanding owners.
