Petro’s real estate career began in 1982, during one of the toughest economic climates in South Africa’s history — a time when interest rates surged to an unprecedented 24%. It was in this demanding environment that she developed the resilience, creativity, and client-first ethos that would define her lifelong success.
From 1987 to 1991, Petro expanded her influence far beyond sales. She trained intern estate agents throughout South Africa — across all provinces and major metros — helping to build and strengthen the careers of countless professionals. Her work didn’t just grow her business; it helped lay the foundation for the next generation of real estate leaders.
Her dedication to the industry has earned her some of the highest accolades in South African real estate. In 2010, she was honoured with the Professional Principal Award from the Estate Agency Affairs Board, one of the most prestigious awards given to the country’s top-performing principals. She continued this legacy of excellence with the IEASA Top Principal Award from 2013 to 2016, further solidifying her position as an industry icon.
Petro is exceptionally qualified, holding NQF4, PDE4, NQF5, and PDE5, as well as a BA Ed degree. She passed the Estate Agents Board Exam in 1986, became a longstanding member of the Institute of Estate Agents South Africa, and extended her expertise internationally by earning the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation from the United States.

André Sciocatti entered the real estate industry at the height of the 2007/2008 recession — a period that tested even the most seasoned professionals. Rather than slowing him down, the challenging market sharpened his skills and propelled his career forward. He quickly distinguished himself by selling out multiple residential developments across the Faerie Glen and Olympus areas, establishing a reputation for resilience, strategy, and results.
Today, André is regarded as one of Pretoria East’s leading development marketing specialists. He works closely with several top developers, providing strategic guidance and spearheading the marketing of new residential projects soon to be released in the area.
His track record includes the successful marketing and sell-out of major developments such as The Graces, Dombeya Ridge, Kambro Estate, L’Breeze Phase 1 & 2, Bridgefield Estate, and numerous stands in Crowthorne Estate. He also sold out the exclusive 5th on Brooklyn and Bell Haven developments in Menlo Park, and continues to specialise in premium luxury markets including Menlyn Maine Trilogy — working alongside embassies, high-profile clients, celebrities, and seasoned property investors.
